SERGS Robotic certification for established robotic surgeon

You have been practicing robotic surgery for a while now and are an established robotic surgeon, but you did not have the chance to be certified through the grand fathering process.

You can apply for a certification through the specific pathway of credentialling.

You need to:

1. Send an audit of your robotic practice over the past year
2. Send an unedited video of a simple robotic hysterectomy from insertion to ablation of ports

Attendance in the past 3 years, to a meeting with at least a session on robotic surgery is recommended.

Your application will be peer reviewed by SERGS certification committee and after assessment of reflective and safe practice,  you will be awarded the status of Certified Robotic Surgeon.
