As an independent scientific Society SERGS wants to stimulate research in the field of robot-assisted surgery in gynaecology.

In order to obtain this goal, SERGS is not only organizing high-level educational annual meetings, but also set up a web-based registry for robot-assisted gynaecological surgeries in 2013.
